We have successfully built an ever-growing portfolio of over 120 rental properties, 80 of which we fully manage, the remainder we carry out Tenant Find and Vetting. Our Landlords & Tenants are 100% our priority – we have a team of trustworthy trades that work alongside us to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with efficiently and promptly. As part of our Management service, our Lettings Manager Jo Barrett carries out inspections once every 3 months giving our Landlords & our Tenants alike peace of mind that the properties are kept up to a high standard condition. Jo has a wealth of experience and is much appreciated by all for her due diligence and conscientious, confidential approach to her work. We use a completely independent company Ivent for all of our inventories (if our tenants decide to move on) who provide a full report of the property.
